Why I can recommend Blvd Autoworks: The staff are: Professional. Thorough. Skilled. Trustworthy. And they go the extra mile. I didn't need a loaner car for the couple of hours my car would be in the shop, but I also wanted to finish some work at home. Molly, who is the service advisor, gave me a ride home and offered to pick me up when my car was ready! This definitely was a first and I was impressed. The reason for service was the check engine light warning. I also requested a good look at the undercarriage of my 18 year old Mazda. I figured this would be helpful in making decisions about my car. No laughing from the peanut gallery because I take public transport and walk a lot, my car only has 57K miles. Road salt has created some serious rust issues and a nagging concern that my car would be road worthy for a bit longer. For peace of mind, Molly suggested I have the Courtesy Maintenance & Safety Inspection since this was my first time at Blvd. I opted in. Ben did the extensive technician's vehicle health inspection with photos. It was explicit. He answered my many questions in understandable terms. As expected, some expensive repairs would be needed. The rust was extensive on the undercarriage so I decided to do the minimum to keep my car going until I could find a replacement car. I opted on a needed oil change. In light of the findings with my car, no one tried to influence me to have more work done to it. My goal of 'driving it into the ground' is almost a reality. When I get a replacement car I will definitely have it serviced by the staff at Blvd. My experience with them was positive. Anyone in need of a low-mileage junker? Gail S.
